    Hello everyone.

    Since i have a crack on the turbo exhaust side and a coolant leaking return hose , i was thinking to upgrade to a grt1446 but before doing that i have some questions for those with same setup.

    My car has bigger Intercooler , carbon Intake and i will buy the garret 1446 new 76mm downpipe and bosch 390cc injectors. My question is do i need different lines for oil and coolant? Can i use stock coolant and oil hoses or is there a kit i can buy that are for the Garrett?

    Hi, have you the original catalyst or downpipe?

    Now ? not original. I have downpipe 65mm , no catalytic convertor. I buy new from GT1446 76mm . My problem is the oil and water hoses if same or need new.

    Hi, i think you have to buy new One for the turbo swap.

    Why don’t buy the TD04 turbocharger? You want the car like original or no?

    The oil and water hoses are the same, the only thing that changes is the downpipe because the garrett 1446 output is different, I know there are adapters

    I don’t chase big hp numbers and i prefer low end torque since the 1446 spools lower than a TD.

    I did a research and hoses for 1446 are same. Just need an adapter for the oil return because its short 3-4cm.

    The kit comes with downpipe with V band for the 1446. My only concern were the oil and water hoses.
